When a site containing verse blocks is opened in the Reader, the verse block should be displayed with its correct styling.
The verse block has existed on the web for some time, but now that it is being ported to mobile, this may become more important.
As for the correct styling, @iamthomasbishop suggests no border and styling:
similar to paragraph — same font, size, no bg/padding, etc.

Currently, verse blocks are displayed as pre-formatted text (similar to how code and preformatted blocks.
