Expected behavior

The top navigation bar should be present in the reader and appear during scrolling up when hidden.

Actual behavior

Under some (to better identified) conditions, the top navigation bar is not present and do not re-appear on scrolling up.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

These steps seem to replicate the issue consistently on Subscriptions feed (not on Discover feed)

  • Enable the don't keep activities option.
  • Open a single post in the reader
  • Tap back
  • You should see the feed, but not the top bar
Tested on [Pixel 5 Emulator], Android [API 33], JPAndroid / WPAndroid [#20103 at 2ce97ec]
