To reproduce

  1. Make sure you use a block theme, like TT3, and install the latest version of Gutenberg.
  2. Create a post or page and add the Mini Cart block.
  3. In the sidebar, click on the "Edit Mini Cart template part" link.
  4. Notice a new tab in the editor opens, but it doesn't open the Mini Cart template part by default.

Expected behavior

When clicking the "Edit Mini Cart template part" link, a new tab should open directly in the Mini Cart template part editor.
