Checkout resets First name, last name, address and email fields when changing shipping option

Describe the bug

The Checkout Block resets the email address, first name, last name and address fields when the shipping option is changed

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add items to your cart and go to the Checkout
2. Type in your email address
3. Type an address
4. Select a different shipping option
5. email, first name, last name and address fields will be emptied

Expected behavior

None of the form fields should be emptied when selecting a different shipping option
