Explore how to implement auto-migration for our blocks

We're deprecating the Product Search Block, as well as updating the filter blocks to remove the block title. So it'd be nice if we can streamline the process and create a common methodology to update our blocks.

Describe the solution you'd like

Investigate the work on WordPress/gutenberg#36191 to see if we can reuse something from that PR to create our own migration.
