Originally reported by Darren but I think Mike you're already aware of it.

When running npm run build Checkout i2 works in the editor but doesn’t load in frontend, checkout-i2-frontend.js loads on frontend but the block isn’t loaded.

I'm guessing this is a side effect issue and we didn't declare some path as side-effectful.
