We need to do a full review over styles for checkout i2 since some need moving to the parent block level.

This issue mostly concerns the fact that many of the styles in i2 still inherit from i1. We should review the styles and consolidate them when we replace checkout i1 with checkout i2. I've asked Darren when he thinks we'll be able to do this, so let's move this to sprint 2 until a decision is made.
