With #10543, we load an entire chunk that contains all the styles of every block. #10543 is a temporary patch to fix woocommerce/woocommerce#39658, but we have to find a better solution.

This post is a good starting point. We should check the current implementation and change it if doesn't match with WordPress Core implementation.
