Steps to reproduce

Install the WooCommerce, WooCommerce Blocks and Newsletter Test plugins.
Create a checkout page with the Checkout block.
Look up the "Contact information" section.
See that the inner block "Newsletter Subscription!" appears twice.

Expected behaviour

The inner block "Newsletter Subscription!" appears once.

Current behaviour

The inner block "Newsletter Subscription!" appears twice.
