Project JAR throws inexplicable NPException while creating/building #103

While creating a JAR Project wizard cannot complete because of an undetailed Null Pointer Exception.

Anyway project is created. When try to build created project, another Null Pointer Exception (always undetailed, so maybe the same) is thrown.
