src folder is deleted when I delete destination folder

I have this link when I manually delete /react-native-dlc-triplog/TripApp/node_modules folder this will delete src folder /home/stanimir/structmedia/react-native-dlc-triplog
But this is not the desired copy from src to destination.. Can I run one way updates from src to dest folder ?

I have bad project structure (project folder in anouther project ->library with example app) when I move out inner project dir this problem not exist. Related to: #14
