Create Suggestion Deeplink or Programatically

There are quite a few use cases I can think of in my app where I'd like to point users towards the WishKit page to suggest an idea, especially when they try to do something which we don't currently support.

Is it possible to show just the "Add Idea" page without the rest of the prompt?
Could we programatically add an idea without showing them WishKit UI?

Can we deeplink to an existing idea (in case they want to upvote it)
