"Text Emitter" Entity

The Text Emitter would output a chat message to all players within an owner-defined radius of the entity (up to a designated limit). It would be capable of sending a message to all players, not just the owner.

Optionally, the text emitter could be set or have an option for "Send to owner", and it could globally print to the owner (irrespective of distance). Therefore setting its radius to 0 would make it print always and only to the owner.

Its inputs would include a string message, a numerical "Send" input to send the message, and a numerical radius input to adjust its radius.
