Dragon Isles Summary not clickable at certain button sizes [Bug]

Describe the bug
The Dragon Isles Summary square minimap button is not clickable at certain button sizes when "Inverse Direction" is not toggled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set button size below 25.
2. Make sure Inverse Direction is not toggled.
3. Icon is not clickable.

Expected behavior
The button to be clickable.

Additional context
Seems to occur at button sizes below 25 and also at 27. When "Inverse Direction" is toggled, this bug instead occurs below button size 19.

Seems to happen at all UI scales, with only ElvUI and Windtools.
