Usage

% component install wilmoore/sinon-browser-only

% bower install sinon-browser-only

% volo add wilmoore/sinon-browser-only

% curl -#O https://raw.github.com/wilmoore/sinon-browser-only/v{version}/sinon.js

update version number in package.json, bower.json, component.json, and Makefile.
make {version}
commit then push
tag then push --tags
npm publish
