resteasy-client-integration not working in wildfly27+

Hi,

I am trying to deploy resteasy-client-integration on Wildfly 27.0.1 and 28.0.1.
It is giving 404 Not found when I hit http://127.0.0.1:8080/resteasy-client-integration-example/rest/hello
However, the welcome page appears properly.

The same is working fine on wildfly 26.1.3

I know wildfly 27 removed Resteasy support but 28 brought it back. Still the example project is not working on 28.0.1
Any libs needs to be upgraded?

The migration of this example is being worked on in ELY-2674 and there is an affiliated PR #187
