Metadata page should show Tale provenance #501

At the very minimum, if a Tale is a copy we should display a link to the original Tale.

Is this satisfied by the citations and relatedIdentifiers sections now displayed on the Metadata view?

I still don't think we link back to the original Tale, as originally suggested.
