After Update to 1.0.6 Build System Broken: [Decode error - output not utf-8]

I run into a problem after upgrading to the current Version (1.0.6).
Compiling does not work any more, I get the following error: "[Decode error - output not utf-8]".

I have tried several things (like charset encoding, quote replacement etc) but wihtout success.

Plattform is WIndows 8 64bit

For now I can fix it with a roleback to Version 1.0.4, which was working for me.

We are sorry for that. I'm investigating in your problem and have to check it's caused by the .bat file or the whole package. I uploaded a new .bat file a minute ago. If you would like to test the current Github version to check it will fix your problem, go for it.

Version 1.0.7 was submitted to the package control an should be online in about 30 minutes. Thanks for your feedback.
