Fiber included in carb amounts in US/Canada, excluded in EU

in the United States and most of America, the nutrition label lists total carbohydrate content (including fiber) as per FDA law. In the European Union, the nutrition label lists carbohydrate and fiber separately.

Not sure how to handle this. But i'm quite sure some of our calculations are wrong because of this.
