Duplicate scenes when using auth/api

Describe the issue

When using the auth/api environment variables, scenes with multiple variants (-A, -B, -C) have a duplicate main entry (an entry without the "-X") which matches the "-A" variant.

For example, when using auth/api, there are entries for:

• Action
• Action-A
• Action-B
• Action-C
• Action-D

However, "Action" and "Action-A" are the same scene ("Aurora" and "Aurora-A" are the same, "Breaking and "Breaking-A" are the same, etc.).
