Describe the issue

There are 15 segments for this light, which covers one of the two sides that it has, one for each light. But there should be 16-30 as well. Is there any way to manually add those? Or is there something at issue with the light? Or since there are always 2 sides to the ground lights, should they just be replicated?

Segment information is provided by the Govee API. If it is reporting incorrect information for a device, report it to Govee so that they can correct it.

How can I generate the output from the device to get all the details that I can report it to them?

tell them the model number and ask them to ensure that it returns the correct information about all of the segments
