Copying a package from webiny-js repo into a new project

It would be beneficial to have a tutorial which describes how to "fork" a package from webiny-js repo.
Often users are asking for customizations on the default package which cannot be done via plugins. But it's quite easy to "fork" a package and upgrade it yourself. It's also a great way to experiment with the feature before creating an official PR into the webiny-js repo.
