Adaptor for interfacing with FS20 devices.
This adaptor exposes data broadcast by the FS20 family of home automation devices via the webinos generic sensor/actuator API.

The host device requires an RF868MHz module which exposes a serial port interface. The following devices are known to work: CC1101-USB-Lite, Raspberry Pi COC extension and FHZ 1300PC.
