Description: Please add option to Disable Pull down - Refresh on this site. While looking down chats it's keep refreshing whole site.
Steps to Reproduce:
Please add Disable Pull down ro Refresh.

Thanks for the report, but this is not a Compatibility issue.

For this project we try to focus our effort on layouts, features or content that works as expected in one browser but not in another. Closing the issue as Non-compat.

Suggestion: Progress about "Pull to refresh" is tracked here mozilla-mobile/fenix#9766
