Drop CocoaPods support

What context is your feature request related to?

Due to the complexity/issues of maintaining CocoaPods support, the general bias of the web3swift community towards SPM and discussions between maintainers and contributors regarding CocoaPods I suggest we drop the CocoaPods support in v4 of web3swift.

I suggest, after the v4 release, we do one of the following:

• open an issue that will target the support of CocoaPods. Anyone who wishes can start the implementation after v4.
• (Preferred option) alternatively, we will wait and see if the community will request CocoaPods support and only then we'll restart this discussion.

What solution would you like?

Drop CocoaPods.
