Add filters to columns of "Category" "Chain" and "Status" with multiple choice option (for example, when user click category, for options will be there, user may cross 1 or more), & give column "Last edited" a option of timestamp sequence, meaning either from earliest to latest or vice verse.

Update this sentence: change "publish" to "activate" , "the notify" to "notified", "matched" to "is triggered". we may put them into twolines, first line with the question sentense, second line starts with "You will....."
