Check why the tests at https://github.com/nazarhussain/truffle/blob/656263aadf21612b17829483d7376eb7afbe63aa/packages/artifactor/test/contracts.js needed to increase the timeout when using version 4.x.

The related issues can be found on https://github.com/trufflesuite/truffle/pull/5393/files by searching for the places where the timeout has been increased.
One of the tests needed to be increased to from 4000 ms to more than 10000 ms (https://github.com/trufflesuite/truffle/pull/5393/files#diff-c514631edf1851d15916a719f204b82b6f7428cbc37a9f1210c8ebe9240ea0b6R58).
