Would you be more specific on the place that caused this error?

Maybe related to: #5622. Would you please try the canary version released in the PR?

@h-a-n-a It is thrown in webpack-dev-middleware, the problem here is I don't know the root cause and have no way to debug.

I'll try the canary version when I'm free enough.
