Creation fail doesn't emit error #261

❯ footloose create
INFO[0000] Pulling image: jakolehm/footloose-ubuntu20.04 ...
INFO[0012] Creating machine: cluster-node0 ...
INFO[0012] Machine cluster-node0 is already created...

I think the last line should be an error and exit with non-zero code as it could be confused by this successful one:

❯ footloose create
INFO[0000] Image: jakolehm/footloose-ubuntu20.04 present locally
INFO[0000] Creating machine: cluster-node0 ...
