Description
When creating a new file for rules or decoders you can only save once before having to exit and reopen the file.
Steps to reproduce
Go to Management > Ruleset
Click on Manage rule files
Click on Add new rules file
Give a filename and content to the file
Save
Make any other change
Save again
Receive "FILE NAME ALREADY EXISTS" error
Notice changes are not saved.
