Update index template for the vulnerability state index.

Description

Update the index template to fulfill the requirements of the following issues:

• Add ADP source field into the vulnerability state wazuh#25480
• Introduce vulnerability evaluation status wazuh#25482

Tasks

• Update tooling to generate the index template under the ecs/vulnerability-detector folder
• Update the event generator under the same folder.
• Test the index template
