Improve reusability of third party integrations

Description

Our third-party integrations (elastic, opensearch, amazon security lake, ...) use Logstash as the data shipper. We build a custom Docker image with the required plugins and credentials to read from Wazuh Indexer. Currently, the configuration of this image is duplicated for each of the integrations.

In order to improve the maintenance of the integrations and as a good clean code practice, we'd like to unify this image across the integrations.
