Alerts search bar works randomly

Description

I've noticed that using the Discover search bar is not working always as expected.

Note: we are now using default_fields in our Elasticsearch template and some other changes may be affecting, try to reproduce it with fields included in the default_fields just to be sure.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to some dashboard
2. Use the search bar to apply a query
3. Check that results are being shown as expected
