Need for cluster.log and api.log

Hello team, regarding wazuh/wazuh-dashboard-plugins#970, we need to add some new routes in order to fetch cluster.log and api.log from any node. The ossec.log from any node is going to be available soon but cluster.log and api.log are useful logs too and it would be nice if we include them in our apps.
