Add Cover Images

Cover images would make it easier to tell the books apart, especially on apps like Google Play, where the books look the same. Additionally, cover images are already available on fanfiction and fictionpress, and could be generated as SVGs from just the title and author of the fictive work for other sites or those that don't have cover images.
