[User Profile - Design] Mobile Filter Search

Quick summary:

As the list of trees a user grows, searching for specific trees becomes more critical to saving time, being more accurate, and help organize the tree list. While the filter may not be critical currently for user profiles, the use on the taxonomy is more critical, but keeping the design the same and consistent is key to familiarity of a product.

Issues:

Currently there is no filter which needs to be implemented. This same design and built will be used for the tree taxonomy, so having it be reusable is key. We may also add to the filter in the future for more specific searching.
