Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The course taxonomy archive pages (for Course Tags and Learning Programs) follow the default rules for displaying post archives ('x' number sorted in reverse chronological order).

Describe the solution you'd like

Would prefer they follow the same custom rules as the main courses archive page: display all published courses and sort them A-Z by title.
