Provide header level information as part of the page builder UI

#308 refactored header section handling so that different levels could be assigned.

We should provide some sort of indicator for the header level both on the header section's label area and for the headers in the columns. This probably doesn't have to be too bold/obvious, but available so that anyone looking at the overall structure of the document would be able to skim.
