blacklist/change reversion of wedata Rules

could we have the ability to block spec Wedata rule based on the ID given via the resource_url
this would enable the ability to priotorise other rules over other badlywritten ones

optional it would be cool to change the reversion of a Rule

i.E. to block http://wedata.net/items/82206
Wedata(82209) or http://wedata.net/items/82206 in the blacklist

or replace a given rule with its reversion:
Wedata(82209).rev(147438) or http://wedata.net/items/82209?rev=147438
