New installation should show first contest in list

Description

For a new installation, which is characterized by an installation without a MorseRunner.ini file, the Contest selection dropdown list currently shows CQ Wpx Contest. When the user selects this list, they do not immediately see the contest entries above the current selection. This may be confusing to a new user.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Remove MorseRunner.ini file
2. Start program
3. Select the Contest selection.
4. Notice the CQ Wpx contest is selected at the top of the droplist. The user does not see the ARRL Dx Contest at the top unless they scroll to it.

Expected behavior

It would be more clear if the first item in the list is selected.
