Current spec has joint coordination by two groups (CG+WG), but we are transitioning WebVTT spec to be updated and developed sorely by TTWG recently.
This is a tracker issue for this transition.

  • w3c.json is already with TTWG only
  • need to update SoTD
  • update README
  • ... anything else?
