From the specification of SecurityPolicyViolationEvent, it is not clear what the columnNumber counts.

Open questions (for me) are

Does it start at 0 or 1?
Does it count UTF-16 code units, or some other form of characters? (For the record, UTF-16 code units seems to be the more common option in Javascript API specifications, e.g. Specify units used for column numbers tc39/proposal-error-stacks#42 )
