An alternative for time-based media that presents equivalent information for live audio-only content is provided.

Applying SC 1.2.9 Audio-only (Live) to Non-Web Documents and Software

This applies directly as written, and as described in Intent from Understanding Success Criterion 1.2.9.

For WCAG2ICT TF consideration:
