Plan is to complete the currently open pull requests and then request wide review.
Reminder our working model for imsc-hrm is that pull requests are calls for consensus and that when they are merged, the document will be republished on /tr automatically.
Issues and Pull Requests (including HR issues)
There are a diminishing number of open pull requests that are nearing the end of their 2 week period.
Opportunity to continue the discussion with the goal of converging on an agreed set of fixes to the current known issues.
Chair survey is not binding, just helping to guide what direction W3C takes for TPAC this year. There will be a follow-up in May, when it may be clearer if there is "critical mass" for going ahead.

ED of WG Note published.
Please review and raise issues as needed.
Should we use the same publication model as IMSC-HRM, and update the WG Note whenever pull requests are merged to the default branch?
Behavior with controls, particularly non-native controls, overlap w3c/webvtt#503
Specifically, how have others handled this?
Should the native behavior be accessible to non-native controls?
