I might be missing something but I don't see how carbon-aware design relates to Accessibility.

Edit: Examining it further, I think the content itself makes sense but perhaps it's in the wrong section. Perhaps it would make better sense to have carbon aware design moved across to "Develop a Mobile-First Layout" as that covers the approaches for compatibility and ensuring durability for design and code from a sustainability perspective.

I have made the change to the specification, this will be reflected in the next draft.
