Other styles than underline, italic and bold

The requirement in
https://w3c.github.io/low-vision-a11y-tf/requirements.html#style
talks only about underline, italic and bold. Those do not apply to all script or typographic traditions and some may have other types of styling (e.g., font changes or letter spacing).

The text should be clear that there are culturally preferred idioms other than italics, underline and bold and those, too may have to be turned on or off.
