Editorial: Consider adding text to element mapping tables pointing to accessible name rules #227

Based on what Jamie said here, I'm wondering if it would make sense to add something to the element mapping tables which points to the accessible name rules for that element.

Example: In https://w3c.github.io/html-aam/#el-tr, add a row like "Name calculation" or "See Also". Then put a link to https://w3c.github.io/html-aam/#tr-td-th-elements-accessible-name-computation.
