Once we have a reasonable set of characteristics for each group of disabilities can we start to look at Note we need to encourage intersectionality . That is when a person can have more then one impairments.
Note that this is very common , mainly because of a common cause . For example, uncontrolled diabetes increases the risk of many issues such as vision problems, and dementia. Clearly however, solutions that work for many people who are blind from birth, such as brail or using complex software user agents like jaws, are not solutions for people who develop both dementia and vison impairments, later in life
