Specification: dcat:contactPoint has wrong link to range (vcard:Kind) #1619

Just an errata:

The range of dcat:contactPoint is vcard:Kind.

Normally the IRI of the concept is linked as range. But in this case it links to the human readable definition of vcard:Kind.
