Hello all,
apologies if I am not aware of specific use cases.
In the definition of dcat:Dataset it is written:
A collection of data, published or curated by a single agent, and available for access or download in one or more representations.
However, in section 15.1 Relationships between datasets and agents we can see that is possible to point to multiple Agents by using the prov:qualifiedAttribution.
That could cover a dataset such:
https://archive.ics.uci.edu/dataset/198/steel+plates+faults
where there are 3 creators from 3 different organizations.
Would it be better to remove the word single in such case ?
Thanks,
Emidio
